1. Consumer understanding
Articulate a strong brand positioning and enhance customer experience by leveraging customer insights, market expertise, competitive landscape analysis, and a customer-focused approach.
2. Corporate Brand Strategies
– Build up brand strategies and brand positioning including the establishment of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value propositions for both short-term and long-term objectives
– Develop, manage and monitor all of brand marketing activities of Con Cung as a master brand, Including—but not limited to—advertising campaigns and new brand development initiatives.
3. Brand Management
– Propose, develop and implement tactical brand marketing programs to drive brand love and brand affinity
– Plan and execute all communications and media actions across all channels
– Collaborate with Agencies and/or internal departments to develop TVCs, product packaging, POSM,and communication vehicles that fit with product key message
– Follow up and analyze brand performance and propose suitable programs
4. Budgeting
– Propose, manage and monitor budget for all brand marketing campaign, Including-but not limited to-advertising campaign, new product launching…
– Managing the budget for advertising and promotional programs
Yêu cầu ứng viên
– Bachelor degree in Marketing related field is preferred.
– 2-5 years of experience in the position of brand manager/ marketing manager
– Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
– Strong analytical skills with data-driven analysis
– Highly flexible/open-minded, resourceful and practical
– Communication & Presentation skill, Negotiation
– Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skills
